Horizon Steel (Pvt.) Ltd was established in Bin Qasim Industrial Park, Karachi, backed by international FDI to pioneer modern high-speed steel rolling in Pakistan.
State-of-the-art European continuous rolling mill equipment was installed, achieving line speeds up to 29 m/s for wire rods and 13 m/s for straight bars.
Achieved full accreditation for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety).
Commissioned dedicated rooftop and ground solar arrays covering ~30% of total plant energy consumption, drastically reducing carbon intensity per ton.
Scaling annual capacity past 120,000 MT/yr to support mega-infrastructure projects, import substitution, and regional export markets.
